Privacy Policy — Don't Touch Me

Last updated: October 29, 2026. Applies to version 1.0.

The game

Don't Touch Me is an offline game. It does not ask you to create an account, enter personal information, or grant access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or advertising identifier.

Information used during play

The game processes taps and clicks, elapsed time, and the character's current mood and animation state on your device. These values are used to respond to your input. The game does not save a player profile or persistent gameplay history.

Collection and sharing

The game does not transmit information to its developer or to advertising or analytics services. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, chat, purchases, or sign-in services. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information through the game.

Local technical files

The Godot engine and your operating system may create local cache or diagnostic files. Runtime diagnostics can include technical details such as the engine version and rendering hardware. The game does not upload these files or provide them to its developer automatically. Platform-provided crash reporting and app-store services, if used by your device, are governed by those platforms' own settings and policies.

Children

The game has no feature for submitting personal information. Its offline data handling is the same for all players. Store age ratings and intended-audience declarations are provided separately in each store listing.

Support and privacy questions

You can contact the developer through the project's issue tracker. Issues are public: please do not post personal, private, or sensitive information. If you choose to contact us through GitHub, that communication is separate from the game and is handled through GitHub's services and privacy policy. Information you voluntarily include in a support request may be used to answer that request.

Changes

If the game's data practices change, this policy and the relevant store disclosures will be updated. The version and update date above identify the policy that was reviewed for this release.
